TOMINO WITH PARMA CURED HAM

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 SLICES OF CURED HAM
  • 4 TOMINI
  • 200 g NOVELLA SALAD
  • BALSAMIC VINEGAR
  • OIL E.V.O.
  • SALT & PEPPER

 

 

Line a muffin mould with 2 slices of cured ham, folding out the part that overflows. Place a tomino on the ham, in the middle of the mould; repeat the operation for all 4 tomini.

Wrap the tomini by folding the slices of ham. Put everything in the hot oven at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes. Dress with salad, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
