- 1 PIADINA ROMAGNOLA (try it at CORTELAZZI)
- 1 MOZZARELLA
- 1 A BUNDLE OF ROCKET SALAD
- 80 g DI PROSCIUTTO CRUDO
- 1 TOMATO

Take a piadina and put it on a hot non-sticking pan, turn it after about 2 minutes and add mozzarella’s tiny slices on one half. Wait for the cheese to slightly melt, 2 minutes approximately. Make sure that the piadina does not burn. Add rocket, tomato and ham. Wrap in half.
The dinner is served.
