- Tomatoes: They must be ripe but crispy. Slice them and dry them for a couple of minutes.
- Basil: It is pivotal for the recipe. It is not just a decoration, but it is an ingredient. We suggest chopping it and adding it just couple minutes before serving, because it tends to blacken.
